What. the. heck. This guy is going to be overseeing the Treasury and he CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO PAY HIS OWN TAXES?

You have got to be kidding me.

Two options here:

A) Democrats are well beyond the scope of normal moral conscience.
B) Obama is incredibly dense.
